ALL ABOUT ME
Jaimie graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2018.
Jaimie has always had an interest in human anatomy. Prior to massage therapy training she attended Okanagan College for personal training certification.

Jaimie is passionate about her career as an RMT, as it allows her to support clients to live their healthiest lifestyle and understand their own body. As a healthcare practitioner, she believes in whole body approach to wellness. She values the importance of identifying the root cause of pain and forming individualized and effective treatment plan to improve the patient’s condition. Jaimie practices a combination of myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, gentle joint mobilizations and Swedish massage.
She has taken continuing education in Myofascial approach to neck and whiplash associated disorders, along with the Myofascial approach to the Lower body. Jaimie is also proficient in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) of the upper body and lower body, and education in Muscle Energy technique

Being born and raised locally, Jaimie loves spending time with friends and family. Married to her best friend and husband Joe, they enjoy winters on the local ski hills, summers on the beaches and travelling.
Jaimie looks forward to continuing her education with longer term plans, of completing a bachelor of science degree.
